I ordered a MAC
Santoku knife on 11/13 and received a prompt confirmation along with
a link that was supposed to tell me order status. I clicked on the link
and saw that my order was shipped by USPS. All that is great and I thank
you but it would be vastly more helpful to also let me know expected arrival
date or number of expected shipping days or even where it was shipped
from so I could guess on my own. I also didn't find an order number in
case something goes wrong. These are important pieces of information that
I am sure you have and would improve the service if I also had them. Thanks
for the opportunity to provide feedback.

US Postal does not have specific tracking numbers but they do have delivery confirmation number which I will pass on to you right away.
